Within the first 30 days, we will issue a refund (minus a restocking fee and original shipping costs) if the product is unopened. Any products returned after 2 weeks of the date on the packing list, will be refunded via a money order for security purposes.

If you receive a damaged product from our store we will promptly exchange the damaged item with a new one. Please carefully read the following instructions to make the exchange as quick as possible.

(NOTE: you must send the damaged product back to us in order to receive an exchange.)
• We will only replace products damaged prior to or during shipment.
• The damaged product must be sent back to us within a week of your receiving the product by mail.
• We will only allow exchanges for the same product, request for a different product will be denied.
• We will not refund an opened product.
